President
A New York native, Florence Marie Jackson is President of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Union Local 2367 at the U.S. Army’s prestigious West Point Military Academy where she oversees the work ensuring fair wages, benefits and better working conditions of over 1,600 members. The locally known author and energetic motivational speaker is currently working on her next two books. Ms. Jackson holds a bachelor's degree in health care management and a master's in human resource management. She is studying at the Colorado Technical University where she is a doctoral candidate in organizational management.
